We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe including all major credit and debit cards.

If I buy more than one item, will they be delivered at the same time?

We do try to keep orders together, but sometimes to help ensure the quickest possible delivery we’ll split your order into several packages.

What’s your refund policy?

We are happy to refund an item if it is defective, within 30 days of purchase or upon the return of your item.

If you return an item to us and request a refund due to an error on our part we will be happy to pay for the postage cost to return it to us. Please note, if you are requesting a refund based on an issue with the condition we kindly ask you to provide a photo in order for us to best advise a suitable resolution.

If you return a book to us because you made a mistake, we will be unable to pay for the return postage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund an order that is older than 31 days from the day of purchase.

We ask all customers to kindly note that the address listed on the website is the registered address of our company and may be used for written correspondence.

Stock is not held at this address, our stock is held at and processed from our unit in Manchester and unfortunately, we can not accept customers calling by in person at either location.
